The location was superb near central station. access to transportation was seamless. i found a nearby woolworths, it supported my convenience! emily's warm service made my check-in lovely. She greeted me with genuine enthusiasm and care.
the air conditioner was a noisy companion, disrupting the peacefulness i sought, its hum a constant reminder of imperfect silence.

The standard king room was great with excellent air conditioning! i found a luxurious comfortable bed. the toilet and shower room had good water pressure. i enjoyed the daily housekeeping. It was a nice touch.
I noticed building works one morning directly above my room.

The location is great for travelling around the city. It is very close to central station. light rail and train access are easy to catch. this is REALLY convenient!!!

The check-in process was very smooth, I could do it myself at a pillar. I had no need to wait. The location was ideal, providing easy access to the city. The room itself was good. Everything I needed was within easy reach.
The pool was cold, and it did not appear to be heated. This was disappointing since I expected a heated pool as advertised. I believe this should be addressed.

The staff was very helpful, especially with my early check-in request. They allowed me to check in early with my children. my checkout time was extended, so we could enjoy time at the pool. This attentiveness was appreciated.
