Great Hotel Experience!
friendly staff excellent location nespresso machine quality food
The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel's location provided easy access to Darling Harbour, which I appreciated. I found an Nespresso machine conveniently placed in my room. The onsite restaurant provided food of great quality.
The coffee and tea facilities in the room could be improved considering the price.

The staff was accommodating and nothing was too much trouble for them. Early check-in was arranged, thanks to joining the PARKROYAL club. Extra amenities were promptly provided upon request. I'm so grateful!!!

the LOCATION is convenient. I found the staff friendly and the hotel easy to access. My room had a Comfortable bed. Valet parking ON-SITE was also convenient.
the WASHBASIN tap water flow IS weak.

mixed experience, some issues noticed
crackling noise warm room
the room was clean upon arrival. it was acceptable, at least.
the air conditioning made a loud crackling noise during one night. i reported it the next morning. the staff didn't resolve the issue. the noise kept us awake, and the room became uncomfortably warm as a result.
