the hotel location allowed easy access to transportation. the staff was attentive to my requests. the king room city side offered ample space.
i noticed thin walls, as i could hear noise from the lift shaft. the air conditioning was not working as expected. i found dust on some surfaces within the room.

Convenient and comfortable stay
fresh juice cozy vibe
The breakfast buffet was a highlight. It offered a huge variety, including barista-made coffee and a fresh juice station. i also enjoyed the spacious, clean room. It had a luxury feel. i liked the modern cozy vibe and the convenient location near many attractions.
the gym assistant lectured gym goers about dropping weights due to noise, quite surprising and embarrassing, particularly given that it is a five star hotel and should anticipate this.

My room featured a spacious layout with ample storage areas. the bathroom had good shower soaps and bath care products. Water pressure was great. nice window shutters and a cute sofa further enhanced the room's appeal, a definite plus.

convenient location excellent breakfast varied choices
the location was a delight. it provided easy access to the park and nearby attractions. i found the breakfast options excellent. they catered to many tastes with a great variety of choices.
The hallway noise was slightly noticeable at times. It mildly affected the otherwise peaceful ambiance.

The pool area featured ample loungers. there was a shaded section available. the gym offered three treadmills and two stationary bikes. It supported diverse workout routines.

My king room offered generous space. it included two separate sinks. This helped streamline morning routines. the rainfall shower offered a spa-like experience. This added a touch of luxury. we loved the views!

Hyde Park Elegance
great location delicious steak
The location is perfect near Hyde Park. Shopping is just around the corner with Pitt Street Mall and the QVB nearby. The Sydney Common food on the first floor was also great. I savored several in-room dining experiences and found the steak delicious.
During my arrival, there was a terrible smell in the carpark. I had to hold my breath between the car and elevators. Reception was informed, though no compensation was offered.
