The location made getting around so easy (no driving through the city!). the staff gave complimentary early check-in. i appreciated the friendly and really good service i received upon arrival. the light rail was close. It was easy to get to the food quarter.

The location it was close to the aquarium and many places to eat. The food in the restaurant tasted good. My kids loved the kids menus and options.
It was like that for my entire stay, I mean 4 days. The staff were not helpful because of their poor English skills.

the reception staff were cute and took their time assisting me. i received drink vouchers while i waited for my room to be prepared, a very nice touch. they also provided helpful tips for exploring the area, which i appreciated. their politeness and attentiveness made a great first impression.
