the location was excellent, providing easy access to darling harbour. i found the staff to be friendly and helpful . the room was large and offered comfortable accommodations.

the dim lighting in the bathroom made it difficult to do hair and makeup. this was a notable inconvenience.

breakfast has moved to level five. it seemed chaotic, though the food was excellent, and that was one good thing about my stay. i saw long queues there.

the room included a massive pillar, which reduced the view from the window. the air conditioning worked well, and i could darken the bedroom using blackout curtains. the tv was in both the bedroom and the living room.

I loved the convenient location overlooking darling harbour. I enjoyed access to trains, light rail and ferries. The staff worked hard to provide quality food and beverages at reasonable prices. My stay was comfortable with a complimentary upgrade and early check-in.

I noticed the changing rooms in the spa area were TINY. It lacked enough space for dressing without inconveniencing other guests. Access to the spa and sauna required an additional fee. There was NO jacuzzi available.

the hotel deposit took four weeks to be returned. this delay was inconvenient.
