the location was very convenient. it was a short walk to the international terminal. i liked being able to do plane spotting from my room and the in-room service was a plus for a quick meal. the bed was comfortable.

the check-in experience could be improved. i was directed to a malfunctioning kiosk, and assistance was not readily available. this made the process frustrating after a long journey.

I ADORED the easy access to the international terminal. It was wonderful. the quiet room was a welcome retreat after my travels. i also appreciate the good buffet breakfast, it set me up perfectly for the day, it was SO romantic.

the location was convenient for my early flight. ascot seemed like an acceptable restaurant option.

the bar was very ordinary! it was by far the lowest standard of any i have experienced. the service matched the average decor, it was not international standard.

the location near the international terminal was very convenient. i liked that i only needed to cross the road from the airport doors to check in. the staff were excellent even at night. breakfast at the hotel was good as the range of food impressed me.

the bar closed the coffee machine early. i asked for a cup of tea at 9:40pm and was told i couldn't have one. there were no tea bags in the room. i had to ask for tea bags at the reception.

Excellent Airport Hotel

Location suited me. I had an early flight I needed to catch. The hotel is very close to the terminals. I was able to walk there easily and quickly. I had no problem with that. The bed was comfortable too. It was very easy to relax.

I think the rooms could use improved soundproofing. I heard some noise from the hallway early in the morning. People were making early departures so I heard them.

The hotel is across the courtyard from International Departures. A free bus runs to the domestic terminal during the day. The train offers a cheap ride from Domestic Terminal. The hotel is five minutes from airport.

The rooms are spacious and cozy. The rooms feature comfortable beds. My room included a seperate sink. I had a great view of the runway from my room. It was approximately 200 meters away.
