Romantic Anniversary Celebration

champagne bottle lovely thought harbour view

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary at this hotel. Jocelyn at reception greeted us warmly and arranged a champagne bottle to be delivered to our room. The hotel provided a lovely thought , made our celebration even more special. The location is great and close to Circular Quay. I loved the view of the Harbour Bridge and Opera House from our room. The room itself was also a good size.

The self-serve checkout counters did not function well. Staffed counters were always busy, and there was nobody available to assist. When we contacted them about it funds were sent to the incorrect account. It took days for the issue to be resolved.

Excellent Central Hotel

excellent room multiple options valet parking

The room faced west on the 33rd floor. It was room 3305. The bed and room were excellent. I particularly appreciated the multiple curtain options at the window and watched the sunsets. This made parking simple.

There was a slight delay in getting coffee during breakfast. I prefer to have coffee with my breakfast and not have it arrive midway.

Every member of staff was friendly and helpful. Requests were addressed promptly, and staff members were attentive. This created a cute and efficient environment. The level of attention enhanced my stay.

The hotel has a location that is close to everything. It is near restaurants, the harbour, and the opera house. This allows convenient access to various attractions. I did not need to travel far to explore the city.
