friendly staff great range comfy stay indifferent reception long wait missing rubbish bags
Staff were really friendly. Breakfast at Atelier had a great range. Everything I needed for a comfy stay was in my room.
Reception didn't seem to care about feedback during checkout. I had to wait 30 minutes to get my car after checkout. There werent any rubbish bags in the bins.

The tap water. I also noted the receptionist seemed rather tired. Finding information about minibar prices proved difficult, I found no information on the app or within the room.

fantastic experience
executive lounge city skyline attentive staff
the millesime executive lounge provided peace. it afforded sweeping city skyline views. buffet food and free drinks were available. attentive staff enhanced my visit a lot.
reception did not return my call. this was to check voucher use at the restaurant. i lost $ 100 because of that.

convenient location digital key handy self checkin
the location near the convention center was convenient. i walked only 80 meters from the convention tram station. the self checkin process was so handy. i liked the digital key because i had the accord hotel app.
my room did not include a couch.

a good stay!
convenient location digital key
The hotel had a very convenient location, very close to the convention tram station. the digital key via the accord hotels app was also really handy. It eliminated queues at check-in. i also loved that darling square and china town were within easy walking distance.
i was a bit disappointed to find that the hotel's pool area was often quite crowded. it was sometimes difficult to find available loungers, especially with kids enjoying themselves (maybe a designated quiet zone could help?).

the atellier restaurant stood out with its amazing food. i had a good time there (especially the steak!). room service delivered a beautiful breakfast right to my room, a real treat before starting the day.

The bed provided super comfort. I slept very well. the hotel offered comfy slippers, a simple detail that added to the experience. the room featured a super clean and practical bathroom.
