the location is unbeatable, offering easy access to the tram right outside. i found it very convenient to reach circular quay, the opera house, and darling harbour. all cbd shopping options were right at my doorstep. i appreciated the ability to explore trendy areas like surry hills with ease.

the tv reception was unfortunately poor , a slight inconvenience.

i stayed three rooms away from them on the 32nd floor. i still heard a loud whooshing sound every time one went up or down! it sounded like a rocket taking off, honestly. it was VERY noticeable between 6am and 8am, made sleeping nearly impossible. also, the television image constantly pixelated and dropped out.

The breakfast buffet featured great variety. It was a minor exploration mission to check it all out. The location was central, near the QVB shopping mall and a tram stop. This made transportation very easy.

My King Executive room did not match the pictures. There was no bathtub and no luggage rack. Ordering ice took a very long time. I had to follow up multiple times with reception.

The valet team parked our car very quickly. Staff assisted quickly whenever we needed the car returned. There was NO waiting. The staff, including concierge, front desk, and valet, were friendly. The location is really unbeatable.
