the location was prime. the staff were really friendly and helpful, this surprised me!!! the concierge service was excellent, really amazing. breakfast had a good buffet selection.
I arrived and valet parking cost a shocking $110 per night. I waited 15 minutes once. the room lacked a mini bar, a noticeable absence.

The hotel is conveniently close to the Circular Quay wharf. This provided easy access to ferries going to Manly and other harbor destinations. The breakfast buffet had good quality pastries and fresh fruit.

the bed was too hard. i think a softer mattress would greatly improve the comfort.
