The breakfast assortment impressed me, especially the fresh fruit juices and fruit. the hotel shuttle offered quick access to the airport. It was quite convenient.

I booked a room with air conditioning, but it was not available. there were stains on the table under the tv when i arrived. The cleaning was not good.

we secured an overnight stay with one week of parking for a reasonable price.. the airport shuttle was very convenient, stopping right outside the hotel every 15 minutes with a 10-minute ride to the airport. the recent refurbishment improved the restaurant and bar area significantly. the receptionist, nataliia, provided clear and helpful advice about the hotel and transfers.

the room safe was out of order, and the chain lock on the door was broken.

The reception staff found a room for me before the official check-in time, which i appreciated after my long flight. the location allows easy access to the airport terminal by walking. i also used the shuttle bus. It seemed efficient. the professional staff provided prompt and helpful service.

the air conditioning was not working properly in the room. the room became too warm, difficult to sleep.
