i found a VERY clean room . friendly staff assisted with all requests. breakfast options were varied and enjoyable.
my accessibility room had a shower, it had really low pressure. the sink was also really low, it was more difficult to use. the toilet was positioned close to the sink.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful at check-in. They even asked about my day upon my return. Breakfast was abundant and had everything one could desire. It was easy to help myself to whatever I wanted. My room included plenty of fresh towels, tea, and coffee.
I am not good with computers, so it was likely my fault. The bathroom sink drained poorly. Though visibly clean, something unseen was not fit for purpose when it mattered.
