The AC in my room did not work. I informed the staff at checkout. The shower had weak water pressure. That was irritating. There should be a notice about that.

friendly staff early check-in spacious room

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I checked in early and that was a bonus. The room was spacious and clean. The location works well for accessing the city centre. It is about 15 minutes to walk into town.

The water drained very slowly in the shower.

Reception staff offered coffee prior to check-in. The staff at the front desk assisted with directions. They were always available to provide extra toiletries upon request.
