the staff greeted us warmly. the hotel features stylish decor and a grand staircase. our room included a good selection of teas and coffees. the fan was appreciated during the warm weather.
The hotel charged a fee to store our bags before check-in. the receptionist seemed unhappy and unwelcoming. the room was cold. A heater was promised but never arrived. i found this unusual.

A slightly outdated experience

friendly staffspacious roomclean roompoor decorbroken doorsripped curtains
The staff were friendly. They assisted me with interconnecting rooms even though I had forgotten to ask. My room was spacious and clean, it really worked for me.
The rooms decor was quite poor. There were also broken doors. I noticed ripped curtains, which detracted from the experience.
