the rooms were quiet and stylish. the beds were comfy and the bathrooms were modern.

new hotel amazing staff friendly staff delicious dinner
the hotel is a new hotel with an amazing staff. i booked a premier room. the staff were positive and friendly. room service breakfast and dinner was prompt and delicious.
i was very surprised to be told on checkout that there was a 5% discretionary charge added to the bill. surely the room rate should cover all costs?
