the check-in process was super fast, it got me to my room quickly. the room was super clean and the double bed was really comfortable. i had dinner in the restaurant and the beef lasagne tasted amazing, with generous portions. the location is unbeatable, a quick walk to the terminal made my early flight stress-free.

The room had a really great shower, I really appreciated that after a long flight! My room was also very clean. The hotel is in such a convenient spot near the airport, perfect for early flights! I found the staff very friendly and helpful.

The reception area looked a bit tired.

A waiter named Harman was very pleasant and accommodating (he was really great!). I had fish and chips with mushy peas and a couple glasses of Chardonnay. The food was fine, nothing special, but good enough.

The hotel's layout is easy to negotiate, something I value. I booked the stay with carparking at Airpark, excellent and made everything so easy. The bus transfer was also really good.

The stains on the hallway carpet on the third floor were unsightly it looked unclean I did not receive the fan after I requested it the sink in the bathroom seemed blocked as it drained poorly
