the staff was helpful with directions to nearby shops and restaurants. i found the room to be clean upon arrival with fresh towels and toiletries available. the hotel provided a shuttle service to the airport which saved on taxi fares.
i noticed the gym equipment was slightly outdated.

The bar offered a good selection of drinks and the breakfast had loads of choice. i found the room to be clean and tidy. there was parking available at £6. This was convenient. the event catering provided good food and service.
The air conditioning was not functional upon my arrival. The room temperature was quite high. it took a considerable amount of time to address this issue, and the staff seemed already aware of it without informing me. a fan was provided upon request.

The hotel features ground floor access. This is GREAT needing accessible accommodations. I also found easy access helpful for luggage. I like how the front desk staff ensured quick checkin.

the room was super clean. the staff explained everything on the menu, and nothing was too much trouble (they were very attentive).
the heating controls in the room didn't work, so the temperature remained cool.

the room was well-equipped. it featured all facilities needed and was very clean (i appreciated the quiet atmosphere). the breakfast included a full english.
