the staff provided excellent service . the cleanliness of the hotel met my expectations. the food served presented a good selection for all tastes. entertainment at night was very enjoyable.

the hotel lift operated with a noticeable odor. the small lift size proved inconvenient at times.

visible dust dry wedges

I found the cleanliness lacking. There was visible dust on the skirting boards. The bath was not properly cleaned. The carpets had stains and were not vacuumed well near the edges. I also found the evening meal unacceptable. The gammon steak was overcooked, dry, and hard. The potato wedges served with it were also too dry to eat.

The room was good size, bedding was super clean. The bed and pillows were very comfy. Staff are very friendly and helpful SO. The entertainment nightly was at a very good standard.

The stairs carpet had seen better days. All paint work was scuffed on the top floor banister plus door. It is REALLY dated

solid stay , good value

good food friendly staff excellent entertainment

the food was great with good choices. the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. the entertainment in the show bar was excellent , a real highlight. i also appreciated the general cleanliness of the facilities.

the room i had was quite small and had only one chair. there was also no stool near the mirror , , made doing my hair and makeup a bit difficult.
