the staff were very accommodating at reception. the service was excellent. i received a late checkout. i found the service quite pleasing.
the bed felt very hard and uncomfortable to me. i did not sleep well because of this. i think the shower was broke as it pooled water directly onto the floor next to the bath. there was no vending machine with drinks or snacks. i was forced to buy from the bar, and it was not cheap.

the gym onsite includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the staff members were very polite, and they assisted with all my queries (always with a smile!). i found the rooms very clean. i enjoyed easy access to the breakfast buffet each morning.
the bed was slightly firmer than i prefer, yet it did not significantly affect my sleep.

breakfast offered many varieties, including both hot and cold items. the buffet included pastries, fresh fruit, and cooked breakfast options (the bacon was especially crisp!). dinner was good.

convenient locationuncomfortable sofa bedignored chat
the hotel location was okay, easy to reach from the airport.
My room, a family guestroom two queen beds, wasnt as described. the sofa bed was uncomfortable and noisy every time i moved. contacting customer service via chat got me nowhere. They straight up ignored me.

the check-in was less than stellar.. the fellow seemed utterly disinterested. then, the room temperature was ridiculously low. i suspect management is trying to save a few quid on heating.

huge tvgood showerwarm cookies
the room was nice. I enjoyed the huge tv. The bathroom had good shower. The staff gave us warm cookies, a nice touch after a long day.
the hotel is a bit of a walk from the terminal. it's about 10 minutes.

The staff were lovely and efficient. The hotel location is perfect for the airport. I adored the warm, delicious welcome cookie, a great touch!!!
The room was excessively cold. I tried to regulate the temperature but failed. I found the closet virtually empty. It was not a tender experience.
