i found the location convenient, just a short walk to departures. all staff members i encountered were professional. abdullah provided excellent service at my evening meal. i will return when flying from this airport again.
the hotel was difficult to access by car, regulations complicated the process.

loud noiseshotel access
the noise levels were bothersome. i heard loud noises coming from either above or below my room throughout the night. the sounds resembled banging or mechanical operations, and they disrupted my sleep considerably. it is also difficult to access the hotel.

The LOCATION proved acceptable. It was indeed close to the airport.
The 'use once' policy for room keys is quite an INCONVENIENCE. i got BORED and went in and out often. i had to get my room key recharged EACH time. It was ridiculous, and everyone i mentioned it to agreed.

the room was very clean. good coffee making facilities were also available. i appreciated the upgrade to a walk in shower, it helped with my disability.
i had a small issue with my food. the staff did removed the service charge, however. i did get an offer for a dessert.
