The breakfast experience was a definite low point. I wasn't offered a menu initially. It took TWO tries to get some tea. The chefs had NO pancakes. The staff seemed annoyed when i asked AGAIN for tea. It seemed like a bit of a letdown, actually.

The steam room had a foul smell. It was unbearable. i noticed small spots all over my body after using the spa. also, the sauna was not hot at all. yikes!!!

Fantastic Stay Near the Airport!

My room was super clean and modern. I had fantastic customer service from all the staff. Breakfast was excellent , such a nice atmosphere. I will definitely stay in a Radisson hotel again. The underfloor heating in the bathroom was a luxe touch , I really loved it. I mixed the pillows to reach my perfect level of firmness.

The dinner menu felt too limited , not many options available. I wish there were more choices.

the room featured inbuilt facilities and a thoughtful design. i appreciated that the evening meal was available late, accommodating my arrival time.

the hotel did not have air conditioning in the room, so i requested a small fan.
