The staff were excellent, along with the meals, breakfast and dinner. rooms were kept clean. beds were very comfortable so i had a good nights sleep. i found the location excellent. A tram stop sits just across the road (it takes only 12 minutes directly to the north train station or the tower).

the standard double room featured a comfortable double bed with fresh linens. ample storage in the closet (for clothes and luggage). complimentary toiletries were provided in the en-suite bathroom, and the room had blackout curtains.

Breakfast included options such as scrambled eggs, bacon, and toast. Juices and coffee were available, too (there were even some pastries). dinner featured a carvery with a choice of meats and vegetables. a salad bar.

the staff were amazing and always polite i found nothing was too much trouble for them i would highly recommend this hotel the hotel has everything to keep children amused

pillows were too hard and the bed was soft i paid extra for an evening meal the choices were not good we asked for small portions and all they did was cut one meal in two
