the staff showed great hospitality, especially during check-in and check-out. i used the onsite parkingwith a secure space for my car. the hotel's location offered easy access to nearby restaurants. the availability of a pool table added a nice touch.
the outdated decor in some areas of the hotel could use some refreshment.

Restaurants are within walking distance. That was very convenient. asda supermarket is also nearby. Very useful for essentials. the bus stop provides direct access to the city centre.

My twin room en-suite had two separate beds. Each was comfortable. the room had adequate heating. Made it nice and cosy. the en-suite bathroom had essential toiletries.

the staff was very helpful and cooperative. the hotel is cheap and easy to get buses to go to the city centre. i found it a value for money trip. plenty of food shops are close too.
the beds felt terrible. i was near the staircase and it was very noisy. the walls are also paper thin here. the shower wasn't the best for getting in and out of.
