solid stay near local spots
clean room good shower available bar
the room felt really clean and it had a tidy setup. i appreciated the bathroom and a good shower was available. i liked that the hotel had a bar open in the evenings and a cooked breakfast was on offer with a variety of cereals. i also saw a nice indian restaurant was right next to the hotel.
the milk provided in my room for tea was limited to a single small pot.

The staff members were friendly and accommodating. I found the location to be excellent. A lot of restaurants are very close to the hotel. The hotel was beautiful, very clean and presented well.
The Wi-Fi connection was very poor so I used my phone data.

breakfast featured friendly service and delicious food. staff happily accommodated alternative requests to the breakfast menu. the breakfast room was freshly decorated to a high standard. our bathroom was super clean and stocked with many plush, fluffy towels.
during my stay, i found that soundproofing between rooms could be improved to minimize disturbances.

Amazing stay in Jesmond!
great location friendly staff excellent travel links convenient restaurant
The location was great. There is a restaurant conveniently downstairs, and the central location made getting around so simple! The staff were very friendly and helpful. This made checking in easy. The travel links were excellent, with easy access to the city center. I found some lovely bars nearby, so there was plenty to do!
The pillows felt a little flat. though the mattress was very comfortable.

the desk staff was very friendly. i found the breakfasts very good. the room had a bay window offering lovely views of st george's park and the church.
The carpets need replacing, especially in high traffic areas. they were hoovered regularly.

The bed proved quite comfortable. the restaurant was good. and the location was close to the hospital. the staff exhibited a lovely demeanor throughout my stay. I found them helpful. i greatly appreciated their assistance with directions.
the wi-fi connection was not great. i ended up using my phone data most of the time. breakfast seemed a bit overpriced to me.
