a mixed experience with some noise issues

loud streetpoor insulation

the location was central but right on a main road so it was very loud trams vibrated the building the building has single glazing so it provides poor sound insulation from the trams and heavy vehicles windows may create other problems in winter also no bedside light and a power socket or usbs exist on one side of a double bed management did not apologize whatsoever when challenged

the location was acceptable. it was close to transport links.

the room i had was quite small. passing another person in the room was difficult, except in the bathroom. also, the advertised apartment felt more like a bedsit. the bedroom, kitchen, and living area were all one space.

The location was perfect! just a 10-minute walk to Castle Terrace, where most highland tour buses depart. The apartment itself was spacious with beautiful high ceilings .

The entrance was very unwelcoming. Self check-in machines are used unless a problem occurs and someone attends to it. The shower was very VERY slow though the bathroom was quite big compared to the room.

the apartment had a great location near the tram and many restaurants. it was also quiet. the staff granted my request for an early check-in because i arrived sooner than expected.

The pillows were not of very good quality. They felt lumpy and did not allow me to rest well.
