The room was very clean with all of the promised facilities. The owner at the reception was quite friendly. The bus stop is directly across from the hotel.

The bed felt quite hard. The shower cubicle was a very tight fit. I also noticed noise from the road.

i could store my luggage prior to check in because of my early arrival time.

The location was a bit of a letdown. The walk to the main attractions was quite long at 2 miles. the bathroom felt cramped and outdated. there was no way to cool the room and it got quite warm.

this place felt really inviting. i adore that my bags were already taken to my room. the hotel is very close to bus routes. i found it nice and quiet and just like home.

wifi worked slowly. i could not use the tv. james seemed always in a rush.

The staff was very helpful and efficient. I noticed everything was clean. Rooms provided comfortable conditions for a peaceful night's sleep.

I arrived around 7:15 pm and was told it was too late to book breakfast for the next morning. The shower was small (I bumped my elbows every time I moved). The bed was uneven and sloped, so I kept slipping towards the edge.

the location is really convenient. it is close to haymarket station and has many restaurants nearby. the dean village is within walking distance too. i found the off-street parking good and the walk to the tram stop was easy (i needed it to get into the city).

the room was a little dated.
