The location is great. The subway station is so close. this made getting around super easy! and a fridge and microwave just outside the room was very helpful.

the sink really needs an update. there are some visible stains, and adding a cabinet might freshen it up

the communication with the owners and managers was good! key code access worked well for our group, so we had no problem getting in and out. i really liked that.

my room lacked a window . the shower didn't drain properly it was somewhat messy. the dark linings and towels were a bit unappealing to me.

The bed was comfy. there was plenty tea and coffee. it was great for my overnight stay for work. Price was very important and i will stay again next week.

the bathroom was smelling of urine and around the toilet bowl was brown with urine. the toilet roll holder was covered in rust and the toilet rolls where on it.

i appreciated the easy check-in process very much. The location near ibrox stadium was convenient for my travel plans. My room included a kettle, coffee, and tea, a nice touch and fridge outside the room was useful.

I noticed the toilet was VERY cold. It lacked proper heating, and there was an unpleasant smell.
