small size unresponsive staff
the room decor was nice AND the self check-in process WAS simple.
the biggest issue i encountered was the SMALL size of the room. there wasn't enough space to comfortably store luggage AND move around, this. also, i found the lack of responsive staff frustrating, particularly WHEN i needed assistance.

inconsistent shower temperature street noise
The bed was comfortable enough. Nothing too special, but acceptable.
the room was cramped. i booked a beautiful king room regent expecting space, but it felt smaller than advertised. the bathroom lacked counter space, and the shower temperature was inconsistent. the noise from the street was noticeable even late at night, which disrupted my sleep.

fantastic location tasteful decor local toiletries cramped room water gushing hallway noise
The location was fantastic. I could easily walk to many attractions. The room was also decorated tastefully. It had everything I needed like coffee, tea, and local toiletries.
My room was on the ground floor. It felt too cramped to move around easily. I could also hear water gushing through the room from above. hallway noises.
