Excellent stay near Botanic Gardens

friendly staffsafe parkingsoft mattress
Gabriel at the front desk displayed great professionalism and friendliness. I found the breakfast lady's help wonderful. Her friendliness made the start of my day even better. The value for money impressed me.. it's a deal. I also appreciated the safe parking available.
The mattress on the bed seemed a bit too soft on one side. I also noticed inconsistent water temperature and water pressure in the shower. Those aspects require attention.

The room was a good size and the bathroom too. usb ports were on the plugs. It was generally well equipped. regular buses ran nearby. Vast kelvingrove park was very close.
The bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows also. Loud noises occurred in the morning due to cleaning. i was not able to rest well after long travel. the floors creaked.

Mixed Feelings About This Stay

acceptable locationsmall attic roomterrible pillows
The hotel's location near the botanical gardens was acceptable.
I found the attic room to be ridiculously small with slanted ceilings. A big column was right in the middle of the room (I seemed like I was in a cabin). The pillows were terrible, and I did not sleep well.
