the television offered very poor picture quality i was asked twice if i wanted the room cleaned both times i agreed no one came i wanted to pay with cash but the payment was still taken from my card

The airport shuttle was prompt and convenient, definitely a plus.
I had some issues with the room temperature. The air conditioning did not seem to work properly. the television had very poor picture quality, disappointing.

The shuttle service was punctual.. i found it very useful for reaching my early morning flight. the reception staff were helpful when i needed information regarding local transport options. the room was clean and well kept. I particularly appreciated the comfortable bed and quiet atmosphere. i also liked that the hotel offered a wake-up call service.

I found several issues. the gym access cost extra at €15, which i consider excessive for a hotel gym. the equipment was also quite old. finally, the shuttle service operated only once per hour. This is infrequent for an airport hotel.

the twin room was spacious! they provided a robe and slippers. the airport shuttle arrived early, allowing me to wait on the bus in cold weather. it was great.
the receptionist was unkind when i was offered a room with undone beds! the room was dirty! it was then exchanged for something better.

The hotel shuttle was prompt and reliable. It made getting to the terminal easy. My room had great soundproofing. I did not hear ANY plane noise, and i slept soundly. The staff at the front desk were so kind.
The gym access was priced separately, which i found inconvenient.
