Really good Stay

convenient locationnice spacehelpful stafflong waiting
I found the location convenient. It was quiet yet near the center. The social spaces WERE nice. I also found the staff polite and helpful.
The breakfast wait time felt excessive. It was at least 45 minutes daily. The new chef may have contributed to the delay. The bacon was also overcooked.
Service

The staff provided attentive and helpful service. They addressed queries promptly and offered assistance with directions. Their professional manner contributed positively to my stay, and they were consistently available when needed.
Dining
8/10
Breakfast featured fresh selections. The dining area was clean and well-kept. The menu included both hot and cold options. I noticed prompt restocking of items during peak hours.
Rooms
9/10
The room offered ample space. It included a comfortable seating area and a well-lit work desk. I found the bedding clean and the pillows supportive. The climate control system was also effective.
Facilities
9/10
The hotel offers complimentary wifi throughout the premises. It worked without interruption. There's also a fitness center equipped with cardio machines and weights. I saw that the lobby includes a concierge desk.

I appreciated the quiet street near the hotel. A pretty park across from the hotel was also a plus. The lobby and dining room looked gorgeous!
The room had weak lighting. There were too few outlets for charging phones. I found the toilets were not clean upon arrival.

Adequate stay with some drawbacks

radiator noiselacking lift
The lift was out of service. Walking up to the third floor with luggage became exhausting. Our room, a double, had a persistent noise issue from the radiators. Staff addressed it, but the lack of initial guidance was a problem. I think the hotel should inform guests about this radiator quirk upon arrival to avoid unnecessary disruption.

The location was excellent, a short walk to attractions. The room had lovely views of the city. I especially enjoyed the vistas from the window.
The shower was very close to the toilet so opening the door properly was difficult.
