i found the staff to be very friendly and helpful the beds were comfortable and the room was quiet clean warm and cosy the record player in the room was a nice extra touch i especially liked the selection of vinyl records available.
the towel rail in the bathroom wasn't heated so i wasn't able to properly warm or dry my towels.

the hotel is on a quiet street providing a restful place for my stay the surrounding area allows easy access to a nearby park offering a green space for relaxation i could easily walk to several restaurants from the location.

The record player in the room was a fun touch. Though i didn't actually use it, it was there.
the room was located right next to the main entrance door, reception, kitchen, and breakfast room so it was noisy all morning. i wasn't warned of this and it was horrible. there was no hand soap in our room, either

The staff greeted me warmly. the room had a record player with a selection of vinyl records. toiletries from a great brand were stocked in the bathroom. the bed was super comfy. I slept really well. breakfast offered nondairy milk options, a welcome touch for me.

The room was super clean. Breakfast was fantastic and the staff were friendly and professional. Late check out was available and I used this option. Our room had nice touches including a record player and espresso machine.
Hot water supply was poor to the bath in the bedroom. I was unable to fill it even to a quarter depth in 30 minutes. The furniture was generally a bit shabby. TV reception was also poor .
