Review summary
Based on recent reviews
Powered by AI
Kelvingrove Hotel is frequently praised for its excellent location, with the Kelvingrove Museum and park practically next door, and the city center within walking distance. Guests often highlight the spacious rooms, some even equipped with a fridge, which is considered very handy. While some have noted that the bathrooms can be small and unheated, the plentiful restaurants nearby and the good value for money generally make for a pleasant stay, especially with a full Scottish breakfast on offer.

Acceptable Accommodation

spacious triple roomclean roomgreat teadated decorthin wallrude receptionist
The triple room was spacious and very clean. I appreciated the ample supply of tea and coffee in the room. The hotel's location worked well for exploring the area.
I noticed some hotel decor was very dated. I found the walls to be quite thin, and noise traveled easily. The receptionist, Joe, was initially rude upon arrival. I was not happy.

Our room faced the street and the noise was very bad. i had specifically requested a quiet room but that did not happen. the tv remote also did not work. I asked at reception, and they said they would look into it but nothing was done.
