I found the location very convenient, especially its proximity to the bus stop at Haymarket station. The staff was friendly. They were always ready to help with any questions i had.

The hallway had a noticeable smell, i think it was an attempt to cover up another odor with air fresheners. The room was a bit dated. Some cosmetic touch-ups would really improve the overall appearance of the place.

The location proved convenient. It was about a 20-minute walk to prince street. the staff was very friendly and helpful with all my requests. they promptly assisted with luggage and scheduled a taxi to the airport for me.

the shower was underwhelming. the handle could be spun around, which wasn't ideal.
