The location was superb near Haymarket station. The room was clean. The heater worked well! I found the bed comfortable. The central location made access to public transport easy.
The room overlooked a parking area and refuse area. Noise from bins being moved at night was audible.

the room was really hot. i had a hard time trying to open the windows. it seemed like they were stuck or something. also, the cleaning wasn't the best. i even found some used tissues under the bedside table, that was gross.

The location is ideal. it was close enough to walk to many sights. tram and bus stops are just steps away. This made it easy to get around. the apartment style setup is a plus. it felt safe and had useful amenities. there was a washing machine. Drying racks were provided.
there were so many things that were 'expectations vs reality'. it didn't seemed like homely environment. the house keeping service was minus. we went for a day early in the morning and came back late night. the room was just the way we left.

The location was amazing! The room had decent furniture. I also found a nice kitchenette there, it had a sofa and a TV.
The floors were not cleaned properly. My socks were sticking to the floor!
