I loved the free coffee. I found the room to be lovely. This hotel also safety was good to me. Raquel at reception was so friendly and helpful at check-in and check-out. She greeted me with a warm smile, which I greatly appreciated.
The night staff could have been a little more friendly. I found this disappointing. The breakfast included only coffee and a croissant. The discount parking was a 10-minute walk away. Carrying luggage that distance was not fun at all.

My family and I appreciated the spacious apartment with high ceilings. Each room had its own TV, a great feature for everyone. The kitchen allowed us to prepare snacks and drinks. Fresh, clean towels were also available. The hot showers were a welcome treat after exploring.
I experienced an issue as the light and fan over the cooker did not work. It was dark when cooking, made meal preparation difficult. I hope this can be addressed .
