Our room had a coffee machine, so delicious coffee was available. The Watson Suite was large and the bathroom was modern (I found it clean!).
The mattress did not provide enough support, and the pillows were thin. The room seemed not that cleanly, with stains on the floor, walls, and lampshades.

The room was quiet. There were coffee, soft drinks, and granola bars in the room.
The free consumables like bottled water, coffee capsules and tea bags were not refilled . They also did not replace the towels even though i requested it. Even worse, the garbage bin in the toilet was not emptied.

Really good Stay with Excellent Amenities

The room was beautifully decorated and very spacious. I found the bed quite comfy. The pub had a very quirky design, which I appreciated. I also received a complimentary drink as a hotel guest (a very nice touch!).
The location is a bit far from the city center, even though the bus connection is good.

The hotel offers complimentary bottles of water daily. I observed fashionable interior designs throughout the hotel and high ceilings create a spacious environment. The hotel ensured clear and timely communication.

The charming bar next door, owned by the same people, allows guests to enjoy welcome drinks. The food in the restaurant is quality. I noticed excellent service at reasonable prices.

The room included a hairdryer. I had access to an iron and ironing board in my room. The bathroom was well-equipped and notably spacious.

the location provided excellent access to local shops and transport links. the room featured beautiful decor and a very comfortable bed. i found the canny man pub downstairs to be a unique and enjoyable experience.
the small shampoo bottles in the bathroom were empty upon arrival.
