The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of options and I could make hot drinks in the room. The mattress was great, and the location proved central, allowing easy exploration of the city. I found the staff very friendly and helpful.
The tablet system was a bit confusing to use, and I had to spend a few minutes figuring out its functions, which slightly detracted from the overall smooth experience.

The staff was so attentive. It seemed like a true vacation. i particularly appreciated the breakfast. It had so many options. i used my discount in the restaurant one evening. The cuisine was definitely first class.
The bathroom had broken shower appliances. The tap for the hot water for the bath was broken, the plunger stop was broken. overall the bathroom was nice but a bit shabby, and not in a great state for price charged or rating they command. could not run a bath or drain it without calling reception, not idel.

breakfast included many options that suited my tastes. the staff were very friendly and always willing to help, i appreciate that. the room was quiet, so i could sleep without external noises.
the gym is located in another building, a short walk away, inconvenient .

the room's interior design impressed me a lot and it included well-kept, very clean facilities. the bed was very large and comfortable. the hotel offers excellent connections to the city centre by walking or public transport. the breakfast was great.
hot water took some time to come through the taps.
