the location was excellent. the airport bus stopped right outside the door. staff were friendly. the room was nice and neat (i appreciated the quiet atmosphere).
the lift was quite slow. getting to reception took longer than expected. i expected slightly better service for the price i paid.

I appreciated the very central location. Many attractions were within walking distance. the room was clean and quite tidy, suitable for a couple. the bed was comfy. public transport, including the airport bus, stops just across the street.
the shower door would not close properly, requiring a careful pull to avoid damage.

I found the staff very helpful and friendly, giving useful tips. the location is central. Amenities are nearby. i appreciated having the option to store my luggage after i checked out, it was a great help. the room size was generous, allowing lots of space.
i noted the lack of plugs near the bed, it was not very useful. this made charging devices overnight inconvenient. i think adding bedside outlets would greatly enhance the guest experience.

the airport express and airlink 100 bus services both stop right outside. the tram lines are also very close, and many local buses stop within a five minute walk. staff moved our bags up to the room because the lift was being replaced .
the room window was small and could not be opened, so the air became stale quickly. my travel companions had large windows that opened. i also noticed some fluff from other items on the towels.
