the check-in process went quick. i found free flavored waters located in reception, a nice touch. the bus service runs right outside the hotel entrance, it was convenient. there was parking available.

the swimming pool was great. it had good temperature and felt nice. staff were always avaliable near the pool. the breakfast was good too and had many options. the restaurant had very reasonable prices. the hotel car park was convenient too.

the gym only had THREE treadmills. i think the treadmills needs update.

the spacious room had a well-stocked setup, even if my view looked over the car park, that wasn't a problem. the food options available were delicious. the staff were very helpful, kind and always available.

the hotel is close to a bus stop. it made getting around relatively easy. the staff were helpful and pleasant . the room's temperature was also good. the gym area was a highlight for me.

the room seemed to need some repairs. i noticed issues with the doors. also, the carpets looked to need a thorough cleaning. it gave the impression that better care could be taken overall.

I found some aspects disappointing. the gym had three treadmills, but none of them worked, that was a letdown. also, the new year's eve buffet cost 30 pounds per person, the quality didn't justify the price. the walls seemed thin. I could hear everything happening in the hallway, that was pretty annoying.
