I found the basement lounge and breakfast dining clean, chic, and the service fast. The courtyard offered warm blankets and space heaters. Bar service was available.
The room was a bit too warm I would have liked air conditioning or to open the windows fully.

superior roomdouble showertoilet papermissing fridge
i received a room upgrade to a superior room it was likely due to my honeymoon stay there 35 years prior the room was clean and spacious it included a large bath and a separate double shower. breakfast was delicious and cooked to order it took a bit longer during peak hours.
i found amenities to be quite basic there was one roll of toilet paper with no backup in the room i needed to request more from the front desk the shampoo bottles were only half full upon arrival and not refilled . there was no fridge in the room despite the cabinet being set up for one

Decent stay with some issues

helpful stafffaulty safe deposit boxtired restaurant
The staff was helpful.
The room lacked AC, SO the temperature was quite uncomfortable. My safe deposit box didn't work. Despite attempts to fix it, it malfunctioned again, and I just gave up. The restaurant looked tired, dark, AND not particularly inviting.
