I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The bed provided comfort. The location impressed me. It is near the train station, and trams pass by (very convenient). I could walk to Princess Street in 15 minutes. A 20-minute walk took me to the Grassmarket. Many bars and restaurants are nearby.
The bathroom had a slight odor of mold.

The location was acceptable. It was near transport links.
The room was not clean. I found hairs on the bedsheets. the bathroom was also quite run-down. The shower door was broken and difficult to close.
