I found the staff to be really friendly. Their smiles made my day! the pub attached was super convenient for a quick bite. plus, the bus stop right outside made getting around so easy. it was awesome!

the bathroom fan kept going all day and night! it was so loud i had to keep the bathroom door shut all the time. also, the room felt pretty dark with a small window and just one light, it was a bit dim. cleaners knocked early one morning, i really wanted to sleep in!

The breakfast had good choices available. I enjoyed the cooked dishes. The staff proved friendly and helpful, ready to assist with requests. The room was a bit larger than expected. I appreciated the extra space. Free EV charging on site was very convenient.

Used cups were not cleaned during daily service. The bedding seemed questionable.

the room was modern with good toiletries. the shower worked very well. parking was easy and free. the food options meant i did not need to leave the hotel.

The bedroom lighting was poor. the dark gray decor. there were no quiet spaces. Unavoidable music played in the dining rooms and bars.

The adjacent hotel bar stopped serving relatively early on a weeknight. It was a bit of a let down
