the pool WAS a nice little extra.
The walls are THIN. i heard every little thing from other rooms and outside. Some strange noise kept me awake. I had to close the window.

i enjoyed the tribute acts in the evenings , especially phil collins and tina turner. they were very good and made the place lively. the bar staff were quick to serve drinks , which i appreciated. i also found it convenient to sit outside on the new tables and chairs when the weather was warm.
the food was bland , i did not enjoy it. the evening entertainment was poor , there was only one good artist on friday night. i found the temperature control in the room limited , as 18c was the lowest setting.

The receptionist gave us a warm welcome and provided an upgrade to our room. the beach-themed room had quality furnishings. the bed offered great comfort. the restaurant staff were attentive. Their service made meal times a pleasure.

The staff smiled often and were helpful. The pool and jacuzzi were excellent. I appreciated that they limited the number of people using the facilities. The Sunday evening dinner deal was an excellent value. Food tasted good, and the lounges seemed comfortable.

The staff was amazing. The Princess Suite room provided amazing sea views with a beautiful bed. a very comfy couch complemented a beautiful bathroom with a built-in tele in the mirror at the end of the bath.
