the food was amazing!!! there was plenty of variety and the portions were good. the pool was a nice extra. the staff were friendly and very attentive.
the music from the ballroom was loud in my room. the room was also uncomfortably hot. i complained to reception but nothing happened.

thin walls strange noise
the pool WAS a nice little extra.
The walls are THIN. i heard every little thing from other rooms and outside. Some strange noise kept me awake. I had to close the window.

satisfactory stay , some issues with food
tribute act evening bar staff service tables chairs bland food quality evening entertainment quality temperature control limit
i enjoyed the tribute acts in the evenings , especially phil collins and tina turner. they were very good and made the place lively. the bar staff were quick to serve drinks , which i appreciated. i also found it convenient to sit outside on the new tables and chairs when the weather was warm.
the food was bland , i did not enjoy it. the evening entertainment was poor , there was only one good artist on friday night. i found the temperature control in the room limited , as 18c was the lowest setting.

The receptionist gave us a warm welcome and provided an upgrade to our room. the beach-themed room had quality furnishings. the bed offered great comfort. the restaurant staff were attentive. Their service made meal times a pleasure.

The breakfast hours extended from 8 am to 9:30 am. Dinner was available from 7 pm to 9 pm! the menu included varied options. gluten-free diets were well catered for.

the hotel offers a swimming pool and a jacuzzi to use. there is a game room designed specifically for children. newspapers are delivered directly to the rooms.

the team worked hard to ensure an excellent stay. the reception staff were cute! the cleaning team maintained a super clean environment, and they were very good at their jobs.

helpful staff excellent pool comfortable lounges
The staff smiled often and were helpful. The pool and jacuzzi were excellent. I appreciated that they limited the number of people using the facilities. The Sunday evening dinner deal was an excellent value. Food tasted good, and the lounges seemed comfortable.
The towels were too small.

The breakfast tasted great and had tasty food. The room included a luxurious bathroom. The location is near the tram route. It is easy to travel during the day.
The room felt slightly small, despite paying extra for a premium double room.

amazing staff comfy couch
The staff was amazing. The Princess Suite room provided amazing sea views with a beautiful bed. a very comfy couch complemented a beautiful bathroom with a built-in tele in the mirror at the end of the bath.

food was really good. i had a great choice on the menu. the restaurant turns into the cabaret lounge at 8pm. the entertainment IS also great with buddy holly and elvis tribute acts.
