a decent stay overall

helpful staff convenient checkout carpet stain outside noise

The staff were helpful. check-in was easy and quick. i also liked that the location was central to transport and dining options. there was also an 11 am checkout. That's quite convenient.

there were stains on the walls and carpet. i noticed noise from outside and above. i could hear people walking past and footsteps early in the morning. it was a bit disturbing!!!

easy access helpful staff

The location proves excellent. Access from the central train station is easy. I'm thankful staff helped carry my suitcase up and down the stairs because the lift was out of action. The staff being there to assist was a big plus.

The exhaust fan in the bathroom was not connected. The bathroom steamed up after every shower.

mixed experience with some letdowns

the television in my room barely functioned. pressing a button on the remote resulted in a significant delay of a few minutes before any response. this made it almost impossible to use. i was told it would start at 8:30 am, but it actually started around 7 am each morning, disrupting my sleep.

convenient location superb cleanliness useful amenities

The location is very convenient, close to Central Station and a short walk to the main shopping area. The markets across the street were a real plus! The in-room washer and dryer were super convenient. I found them very useful.

I noticed some noise from the street, but it was manageable.

The hotel offers easy access to nearby train stations and light rail, a very convenient feature for travelers. The proximity to Chinatown and various restaurants makes it simple to explore the surrounding area, too. It is great!!!

There is a great selection of Asian and Australian cuisine available within walking distance of the premises. Several restaurants are located close to the hotel, giving guests many dining alternatives. The food was AMAZING!!!

The room was nice and neat. I liked the air conditioning. A kettle was provided in the room, which allowed me to easily make tea. The bed was very comfy.

amazing stay!

great location kind staff clean room

the location IS terrific! It is close to central station and a light rail station. I discovered many dining choices close by. I could walk to darling harbour. The front desk staff were very kind and super helpful. I loved my room. it was spacious and clean.

fantastic stay!

mini fridge amazing location

the room was spacious! it included a mini fridge and an iron with an ironing board. the location was amazing!!! it was easy to walk everywhere i needed.
