Subpar Cleanliness , Great Location

decomposing stuff smellpoor service
The room smelled like decomposing stuff as I walked in. The room looked great , but I nearly lost my dinner. Management has not been helpful , telling us housekeeping missed the smell. They would put us in another room only for the night , which is 10:30 till 9am , then I will need to move again. This is not acceptable , and the service was very poor.

The location is perfect. I walked easily to the rocks. the staff brought in a roller bed for my children. It made a big difference. the breakfast was excellent, with hot food ordered a la carte and fantastic almond flat white. the pool helped to unwind after a long day.
the bathroom tiles had some cracked grout. i found that a minor detail.

The receptionist stored our luggage early. This let us explore the city. our room had a full kitchen and a washer and dryer. That was helpful. the harbour view was nice, and restaurants were nearby.
The bathroom tiles had cracked grout. That was not good. the shower soap was in a locked dispenser. It ran out quickly. the ac was noisy and had only two settings.
