i requested early access to my room and it was ready when i arrived. the room was lovely, with views of the botanic gardens, the opera house, and a partial harbor view from the balcony. the suite even had a washer and dryer.
i had some issues with the bathroom. you couldn't regulate the water in the shower. when the water finally became hot it was boiling and when i tried to make it a little cooler it went straight to really cold.

The location was perfect, right at circular quay and close to everything. our beautiful one-bedroom apartment had a fantastic harbour view. I could see the bridge easily. the room included a kitchen and laundry. That was very useful. the staff was friendly and always willing to help me.
the tv had only a few channels, so i had very limited viewing options

i found location great with kitchen style in the apartment. the apartment layout was nice. i liked the kitchen layout. i had great view of the harbour. the apartment had a good size with good space. the location perfect for watching the lights.
the bathroom fan dont work and was hard to locate a switch. shower pressure wasnt enough to wash hair, it was light. the toilet looks like it had remnants of what looked like vomit. the bathroom lighting has fluorescent lighting.
