the breakfast service was quite slow. there were long waits, and i felt the extra charges weren't communicated well or fair. also, my door card stopped working on my checkout day. i was locked out of my room for a bit and had to go back to reception to get it fixed.

clean facilities great location

I appreciated the spacious, clean room facilities. The location was great. It was very close to a light rail stop. It was also an easy walk to Circular Quay.

I found slight damage on the laundry door at the bottom.

suite layout friendly staff perfect location broken air conditioning closed restaurant street noise

the suite layout was great. the bedroom was separate from the living room and i enjoyed that. the staff were friendly both during check-in and throughout my stay. the location was also perfect. it was close to circular quay.

the air conditioning did not work well. the technician who came could not fix it. the restaurant was also closed except for breakfast. there was a lot of street noise.
