The staff was friendly. Fresh fruit options at breakfast included a nice food selection. Different types of breads were available for toasting. I also found it easy to check in and out.

The hotel provided lindor chocolates apples and coke celebrating new year's eve. I considered that a very nice gesture. the location was convenient near public transport and various shops. It made getting around easy. the staff seemed lovely. They were always ready to assist with a smile.
I found the housekeeping service a bit substandard. The focus was mainly on replacing towels. i didn't see extensive cleaning done. This was a little disappointing.

solid stay, great harbour views

i had an room with harbour view. it gave me good views of bridge and the opera house. the bed was quite comfortable i thought, and it had what i needed.
the room doors looked old. the soap and shampoo wasnt full when i got there. they need to check this.
