The staff was friendly. Fresh fruit options at breakfast included a nice food selection. Different types of breads were available for toasting. I also found it easy to check in and out.

The parking availability was somewhat disappointing.

The hotel provided lindor chocolates apples and coke celebrating new year's eve. I considered that a very nice gesture. the location was convenient near public transport and various shops. It made getting around easy. the staff seemed lovely. They were always ready to assist with a smile.

I found the housekeeping service a bit substandard. The focus was mainly on replacing towels. i didn't see extensive cleaning done. This was a little disappointing.

The breakfast buffet includes a good selection. It caters to various tastes. the hotel also offers coffee, this is available during breakfast hours. I found that to be quite enjoyable.

The room provides basic amenities to meet the needs. I also found them to be clean. the setup is functional. It allows for rest after exploring the city attractions. the windows were hard to open though the air conditioning worked well.

i had an room with harbour view. it gave me good views of bridge and the opera house. the bed was quite comfortable i thought, and it had what i needed.

the room doors looked old. the soap and shampoo wasnt full when i got there. they need to check this.

breakfast had good choices considering price. on-site parking was available too. i found this convenient as i could leave my car there without any stress.

breakfast offered more options than expected. there were plentiful supplies of tea, coffee and sugar. i also found a carton of fresh milk, i did think this was a nice touch.
