The staff were helpful. They got me in my room soon as I arrived. The room was clean. The bed were very comfortable. I am grateful that the hotel its near Wynyard station and the ferries. I will stay here in future.

location was great for exploring. staff were friendly and did a good job. the standard queen room had usb and power outlets near the bed. i liked the cafe and bar onsite, they had nice coffee.

my room was smaller than expected, bathroom toiletries were very disappointing.

The location was ideal. It was close to transportation. The included breakfast allowed choosing any three items from the cafe menu. This was a great option for a quick start to the day.

The air conditioning did not cool the room very well. The temperature remained higher than expected. This made sleeping somewhat difficult.

My room included a king-size bed that offered plenty of space. The linens felt crisp and fresh. The provided blackout curtains ensured the room was dark and perfect for sleeping in, if that is your thing.
